I joined SFC in 1995, and I enjoy teaching writing classes for the English Section. In my classes, students think about their lives and they get a chance to talk to others about their experiences. We do a lot of talking. Students also get many chances to write exciting essays. We look to film and to the writing of others to prod us with ideas. We produce essays that are valuable for the reader, full of tension and insight. |
