Spring 2025 English Section Registration Information

Procedures for Registering for English Section Classes (Intensive & Project English):

Entry in the Student Screening System (SOL-A) is required to register for English Classes. Students must have submitted their TOEFL score in advance (to the Academic Affairs Office) before entry if you do not already have a valid TOEFL score at the time of making an entry request during the student screening period (except new students). Students must apply during the 1st entry in order to register for English classes

Entry Periods
1st Round: March 14 (Fri) ～ April 3 (Thu) 12:00 (results announced April 7th ~16:00)
2nd Round: April 7 (Mon) 16:00 ～ April 9 (Wed) 8:00
3rd Round: April 9 (Wed) 10:00 ～ April 11 (Fri) 8:00
* The 2nd and 3rd rounds are only available to students who applied in the 1st round.

TOEFL Requirements: English Intensive 1: 449 or lower; Project English (Level A: 450-490, Level B: 471-535, Level C: 516 or higher)

Classes begin April 8th (Tue); School registration ends April 15th (Tue) 10:00.

New Changes to English Section Classes & Registration for Spring 2023

With the start of a new Academic Year English Section is introducing several new changes to our course offerings. For those interested in taking classes with English Section, please note the following information:

  • *NEW* Introducing  English Intensive 1: For students with a TOEFL score of 449 or below, this 4-credit Intensive course offers an opportunity to quickly improve your skills in English. For more information click here.
  • Project English TOEFL Requirements: Level A (450-490); Level B (471-535); Level C (516 or higher)
  • *NEW* English Section Registration: Registration for all English Section Classes (Intensive & Project English) will be carried out using the Student Screening System (SOL-A). For more information please contact the Academic Affairs Office.
